The top Republican candidate is obviously Trump followed by Ron DeSantis and Vivek. The courts are helping out Trump a little bit only for the good of the world ... only to get rid of Biden. Yes, if you remember, Trump had launched about 60 lawsuits when he lost the election ... but he was failed in each and every one of them ... that was also done for the good of the world. Trump was protecting the Establishment and the Obama-Biden team was chosen to take America forward from Trump.
But unfortunately, Biden turned out to be a total shameless greedy asshole who is on a non-stop looting spree who cannot even stop genocidal wars ... Biden turned out to be a total shameless failure. That's why Trump and other Republican candidates are being given some support.
If Trump stands up today against both the Ukraine and Gaza wars ... and he promises to dismantle the Establishment by working with us ... then his path to the Presidency will be cleared to a great extent. Not only he will be protected from his lawsuits but he can become President again. What's important is ... what Trump is going to do for the people ... if he can bring peace and break Establishment monopoly then many SM Groups will fight for him and with him.
Regarding this "tactical legal support" that is being given to Trump it is mainly because of Biden's shitshow Presidency. But if Trump is given the Presidency and he again flips and doesn't take action on the Establishment ... then there is no guarantee that SM Groups will maintain the legal security for him. Its interesting that ... when he is not President SM can secure him ... but once he beomes President and he does not work on the right plan ... then SM can pull security for him.
