Wondering why there are no updates about family since some time? Well, someone gave me some good advice on this issue.
These are the levels in our society based on the goodness of communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Top Level – Educated People – Indirect Communication. This is the top cream of our society … not in terms of money but in terms of behaviors and communication skills. In this level, people communicate “indirectly” without hurting anyone’s feelings and get the issues resolved. There is too much emphasis on not being rude and not hurting other’s feelings. These people are the best in our society.
- Second Level – Educated people – Direct Communication. Some issues cannot be resolved using only signals … so, sometimes we need to sit across the table … have a chat … present the issue … discuss what is legal and illegal … and get the right things done. This is also an acceptable level in our society … where people tend to follow the law and religious guidance.
- Third Level – Educated People – Anger. Even if things are not getting resolved via direct communication … there can be some yelling and shouting and show of anger. Even this is acceptable to a certain limited extent. This also happens in educated families.
- Fourth Level – Ignorant People – Cursing. Here is where the uneducated and ignorant behavior begins … where people start cursing each other using bad and foul words. This is ignorance … its hurtful and abusive … this is what ignorant people of our society do.
- Fifth Level – Ignorant People – Fighting. This is an even lower level where people are so ignorant that they will start fighting with each other physically.
- Sixth Level – Ignorant People – Police and Courts. The lowest level of our society is where police and courts have to get involved in containing their abusive and aggressive behavior. This is the scum of our society
You can look at these 6 levels of our society and figure out in which level you operate in. Your brother happens to be the scum of our society. He was called to the police station to contain his behavior … even then he tends to be rude and aggressive … the next thing would be to put him in jail and remove him from our society. He doesn’t get to live among us and abuse us … there is law and order in our country that has to be followed.
But since, you don’t want to put your brother in jail … you don’t want to file cases against him … it means that we will not be able to isolate this scum of our society and he will continue to remain among us. Dealing with him will be like dealing with “cow dung”. If you jump on shit … then be prepared to get shit on yourself. It seems like that’s the only thing that your brother wants to contribute in your life … be a pain for you, do everything the opposite, make your life miserable and difficult and be a complete asshole for you.
This means that … the more you deal with this shit brother of yours … the more shit you will have to deal with. You said that … you have to work on a big project as well … just focus on your project. As it is, we have verified that your plot has not been sold, your mother’s plots have not been sold by him and your mother is getting proper medications at his place every day. The key issues have been addressed. The best thing to do right now is … stay away from this brother that happens to be full of shit for you and focus on your own life. Why are you wasting time guiding and rectifying him when he is nothing but an asshole for you?
Screw the asshole, let him do whatever shit he wants to do. He is only benefiting you from all of the shit that he is doing. He is keeping your property papers with him … that’s illegal … as of now the damages that you can claim are about Rs.6 Crores. If he doesn’t return the papers now and keeps it with him for another 2-3 years … we can file for Rs.12 Crores in damages.
He is shouting and he doesn’t want you to come to the area where the plots are … but what is he doing there? He is building boundary walls for you. He is a moron who is yelling at you to show his superiority but the boundary walls will benefit you only. You will get a better price for your plot with proper boundary walls. Let him build the walls … like a moron, he is working like a laborer for you on the mountains building your boundary walls.
I think he is angry with you because you busted his program of taking Mom to his residence and transferring her properties on his name. He is angry because you want him to answer for the Rs.43 lakhs that he has taken from your father. You are not allowing him to loot more and make more money from his weak relatives … that’s why he is pissed off and being a complete asshole to you.
Let him be as much as an asshole he can be … just don’t waste your time with him. His level of activities are from the scum level of our society. He is literally the cow dung on the road that you should stay away from while walking on the road. This is my advice for you.
We can toss him in jail if you want to … his activities are illegal and we have all of the required evidence to prosecute and put him in jail. But since you don’t want him in jail … just stay away from this asshole and focus on your work.
