Leah is a singer/songwriter/recording artist from Akron Ohio. She grew up listening to everything from classic rock to jazz to hymns, and spent much of her youth singing in church, coffee shops, and other various venues near her hometown.
In 2007 Leah was signed to Orangehaus Records and released a self titled five song EP of original songs. She spent the following years performing throughout the Midwest with her band in support of the CD. In 2010 she independently released another five song EP titled Things Better Left Unsaid.
In 2010, Leah moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of big city dreams. After moving here, Leah became a part of some awesome groups, including DC Babylon and the Hanging Gardens Band
She also sings for The Eric Letta Quintet that plays jazz throughout Southern California, Vaud & the Villains, a 19-piece 1930’s New Orleans Orchestra and Cabaret, and Crimes of the Heart: An "Oh So" Criminal Cabaret, a sultry evening of song celebrating the repertoire of Broadway's most famous and tortured femme fatales.
